How can I change my password?
If you are not logged into the platform, you can use the “Remember password” option available at the bottom of the login form. We will send you an email with all the information to create a new password.If you are already logged in, you can change your password from My account.
I have forgotten my password, what can I do?
Use the “Remember password” option available at the bottom of the login form. You will receive a password recovery email.
How can I access and what will I find in "My personal space" on the platform?
You can access “My personal space” by clicking on your user avatar at the top right of the platform. In this section, you can edit your details, upload your photo, consult your activity history, access your messages and view your favourite trainings and resources.
How can I modify my personal details?
In “My account” you will find the information you can change. Modify the fields you want and click "Save". The change is immediate.
How can I log out of the platform?
To log out, go to “My personal space” and click on the last option "Log out".

How can I search for specific content on the platform?
If you want to search for specific content, you can do so using the searching engine (magnifying glass) available on the top right-hand side of the website. This way you will be able to see all the contents available on the platform in relation to the term you have searched for.
How do I access the contents?
The training contents are organised in different sections in the main menu. Browse through the contents and access them by clicking on their card.
Why do some contents have a padlock?
It may be that some contents are locked for some reason (they will be available in the near future, you need to have passed a previous content to access the next one, etc.). In these cases, you will see a padlock icon on the resource.
How can I mark contents as favourites?
To mark contents as favourites, just click on the heart icon available on each resource. This way, you will be able to find them easily in the "Favourites" section of “My personal space”.
Is there a possibility to rate the contents?
Yes, so we can see which content generates the most interest. Therefore, we encourage you to rate the resources using the star rating system that you will find in the resources. Please note that one star would be the lowest rating and five stars the highest.
Can I write comments on them?
Yes, we are interested in your opinion on the content and that you can share your impressions with other users. To do this, some resources have the option of including comments. We encourage you to participate.
Can I see a record of the contents I have accessed?
Yes, in “My personal space”. In the "History" section you can see the resources you have accessed, ordered from most recent to least recent and categorised in different tabs depending on the type of content.
How do I know if I have successfully enrolled in a training course?
You will receive an e-mail notification every time you enrol in a training course.
How can I see all the training courses I am enrolled in?
You have direct access to “My Training” at the top of the platform. From there, you can quickly resume your active training courses and view the ones you have already completed.
Where can I download the certificate/diploma of a training course?
In the section “My training” > "Completed" you can see all the training courses you have completed and in each of them you will see a "Certificate" button. By clicking on it you can view the certificate and download it.
