1. Treatment of personal data

In the processing of personal data, SOLUCIONES TECNO-PROFESIONALES TRAINING S.L. (hereinafter THE COMPANY) guarantees compliance with current legislation and, in particular, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, from the 27th April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR). These rules aim to guarantee and protect, with regard to the processing of personal data, the public freedoms and fundamental rights of natural persons.

Through its websites or by other ways (e.g. social networks), THE COMPANY sometimes collects personal data. In any case, such data will be adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the scope and specific, explicit and legitimate purposes for which they are obtained.

2. Quality and purpose

Users who provide personal data are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. To this effect, the USER is responsible for the veracity of all the data he/she provides and will keep the information provided suitably updated, so that it corresponds to his/her real situation. The USER will be responsible for any false or inaccurate information provided and for any damages that this may cause to THE COMPANY or to third parties.

The personal data will be processed by THE COMPANY in order to provide the services requested or to respond to the request, suggestion or query made by the interested party.

Said data will also be used to carry out statistical studies of Users in order to design improvements in the services provided and to manage basic administration tasks of the Website. However, the user must bear in mind that security measures on the Internet, due to their nature and global nature, are not impregnable.

4. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to request access to, rectification or deletion of, and restriction of, the processing of his/her data, to object to the processing of his/her data and to the portability of his/her data in the cases provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation.
