(hereinafter THE COMPANY) guarantees compliance with current legislation and, in particular, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, from the 27th April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR). Users who provide personal data are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. The USER will be responsible for any false or inaccurate information provided and for any damages that this may cause to THE COMPANY or to third parties.
